My classmates and I have interviewed our parents and grandparents about school in the past. This is the interview that my grandmother answered for us. I hope you find her experience in high school as interesting as I do! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. What school did you go to? <\/strong> I went to the same school as you, IES Crist\u00f3bal de M<\/em>onroy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Did you live near it?<\/strong> Yes, I did! I lived in Silos street, so close to the school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. How did you get there?<\/strong> Walking with some friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. What did you bring to school?<\/strong> I used to bring books and my pencil case. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Did you write with a pen or a pencil?<\/strong>\u00a0With both of them, but I preferred writing with a pencil so I could\u00a0erase the mistakes I had made.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. What did you use to eat during the break?<\/strong>\u00a0My mother usually made me a sandwich, and if not, I would buy\u00a0something from the school cafeteria.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. W<\/em>hat did you use to do during the break? <\/strong>I used to chat with my friends or read a book that my father would give to me ea<\/strong>ch morning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. Wer<\/em>e you a good student? <\/strong>Not at all. I had other obligations to do first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. What subject did you like the most?<\/strong> French or Sewing, now that subject does not exist, but it was so entertaining! <\/p>\n\n\n\n 10. Were you good at maths?<\/strong> I would say more or less. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 11. Did you call your teachers only by their name?<\/strong> Of course not! We used Don <\/em>or Do\u00f1a <\/em>first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 12. Did you have books for all of your subjects?<\/strong> Yes, I did. I also had a file for the notes I took. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 13. Did you usually do homework?<\/strong> Sometimes, just when I had a bit of free time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 14. Did you have many friends?<\/strong> Lots of them! Actually, I am still friends with some people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 15. Was there a printer in the school? <\/strong>No, there was not.
