Los d\u00edas 17 y 27 de marzo de 2025 hemos celebrado sendas reuniones virtuales del proyecto Self SDG, en el que el IES Crist\u00f3bal de Monroy ejerce de centro coordinador. Ya disponemos de una versi\u00f3n a modo de pruebas de esta aplicaci\u00f3n que pr\u00f3ximamente nos servir\u00e1 para trabajar con nuestro alumnado los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Son muchas las decisiones que tomar, algunas relativas al dise\u00f1o o funcionalidades de la propia aplicaci\u00f3n, y otras de mayor calado y repercusi\u00f3n sobre lo que ser\u00e1 su versi\u00f3n final, y es por ello que la frecuencia de las reuniones virtuales en este \u00faltimo tramo est\u00e1 siendo mayor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, el pr\u00f3ximo encuentro presencial empieza ya a estar m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo. Ser\u00e1 en la primera quincena de junio en Bratislava (Eslovaquia). El objetivo para esa fecha es disponer de una aplicaci\u00f3n ya terminada. Y entonces ser\u00e1 el momento de difundir la herramienta en todos los foros posibles, deseando que resulte muy \u00fatil a los usuarios. Sin duda nuestra iniciativa est\u00e1 suscitando inter\u00e9s al estar centrada en un tema candente hoy en d\u00eda, los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seguid la evoluci\u00f3n de nuestra aplicaci\u00f3n Self SDG a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web del IES Crist\u00f3bal de Monroy. Es un proyecto realmente ambicioso y confiamos que la repercusi\u00f3n en nuestro entorno m\u00e1s cercano sea notable una vez la aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 disponible para ser descargada.<\/span><\/p>\n

On March 17th and 27th, we held two virtual meetings for the Self SDG project, which Crist\u00f3bal de Monroy High School is coordinating. We now have a test version of this application, and soon we will have the opportunity to work with our students on the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are many decisions to be made, some related to the design or functionality of the application itself, and others of greater significance and impact on its final version. This is the reason why the frequency of our virtual meetings is increasing in the last few weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Likewise, the next in-person meeting is already approaching. It will be held in the first half of June in Bratislava, Slovakia. The goal by then is to have a finished application. Then it will be time to disseminate the tool in as many forums as possible, hoping it will be very useful to users. Our initiative is undoubtedly generating interest as it focuses on a hot topic today: the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Follow the progress of our Self SDG app on the Crist\u00f3bal de Monroy High School website. It’s a truly ambitious project, and we’re confident that the impact on our immediate community will be significant once the app is available for download.<\/span><\/p>\n
